Victor is a hedge fund professional with over 10 years of industry experience. He is currently a quantitative research team lead at Citadel, where he partners with world class long/short fundamental and risk arb investment teams, and has previously worked at Marshall Wace and Axioma.

Victor holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, an MSc in Statistics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Statistics and Contemporary Studies from the University of King's College.

Originally from Vancouver, Victor has been based in London since 2010 and holds both Canadian and British citizenships. He volunteers with the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund, which supports Canadian post-graduate students in the UK, and is also a trustee at Articulate, which promotes education through art. In his spare time Victor enjoys snowboarding, scuba diving and exploring new places with friends.

Brian has experience in consulting, finance, and executive leadership. His professional career has been focused largely on the mining and construction industries. He began his career as an engineering consultant working on the development of mining projects around the world, subsequently joining the mining finance team at ING Capital in NYC, providing capital to new projects and corporates. He has held CFO and advisory positions and is currently the President of a heavy civil construction company operating across the Eastern US.

Brian holds a BSc in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, a professional engineer designation (P.E.) in the state of New York, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He enjoys mentoring young professionals interested in business and finance. In his free time, Brian enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, yoga, golf, and snowboarding.

Pratik Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. As a founding member of Nahar Jain & Associates, located in Hyderabad, Pune, and Aurangabad, he is an adept fund manager in equity and property markets with vast experience handling funds amounting to hundreds of crores, associated with reputed CREDAI members.

With over 11 years of experience in financial services, Pratik has been appointed as one of the founding directors of the Association of Financial Advisors of India - a non-profit organization that provides recommendations and advice to the Finance Minister's office of India. His areas of expertise include direct and indirect taxation, business consulting, and project funding. He provides professional support in assessing the diverse financial needs of MSMEs and companies, and helps structure their fund requirements. He also assists banks in recovering money from stressed and NPA accounts, guiding stressed and NPA accounts to raise equity funds for the company's revival.

When he's not providing financial counsel, Mr. Jain enjoys taking walks and traveling with his wife and two children . He currently resides in Hyderabad, India.

Priyanka Gill is the Co-founder of the Good Glamm Group South Asia’s largest beauty & personal care conglomerate built on the flywheel of content, creator and commerce. The Good Glamm Group is valued at USD 1.2 Billion and is backed by Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus and Prosus Ventures.

Within the Good Glamm Group, Priyanka is the CEO of the Good Media Co, one of India’s largest digital media companies comprising POPxo, ScoopWhoop, MissMalini, BabyChakra and Tweak platforms that engage over 200 million users every month.

In 2013, Priyanka founded POPxo - a digital community for women powered by relatable and engaging content. in 2017 she launched Plixxo - a platform connecting brands and digital media influencers. In August 2020, POPxo-Plixxo merged with makeup brand MyGlamm leading to the formation of the Good Glamm Group.

Passionate about getting more women to start up, she is a founding board member of CXXO by Kalaari Capital which invests in female founders. She also sits on the board of TiE Delhi-NCR.

She began her career as a journalist contributing to publications like The Independent, The Guardian, Travel & Leisure, Vogue India, Grazia India and Hello! India. Priyanka has also been a contributing editor to Harper’s Bazaar India.

Priyanka graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women with BA (English). She was awarded an MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

Priyanka lives between London and Delhi and is the mother of two energetic kids. She is an avid reader - she read 100 books in 2019. She enjoys cooking healthy food that complements her passion for fitness. As an entrepreneur, Priyanka mentors young emerging leaders and speaks on a multitude of forums on digital media, growth and her personal journey.
